the worst insurance company
I'm very disappointed with this company. At first, they made partial payments. Now they're not making any payments at all. They refuse to pay. The last time, they didn't pay for my heartworm pills, even though it's included in the treatment plan. I want to stop using their services.

Trash Insurance
Garbage insurance. Just throw money at them and hope they'll cover, if they do, it'll go toward a deducible. Vets and vet insurance is the best embezzlement scheme ever. This company sucks at each level.

Was someone having a bad day?
Have had Trupanion since 2021 for both my dogs and never had to place a claim. Have heard that submitting a claim is normally easy. Well this one was not. Our vet submitted a claim for our dog surgery several times before it was finally correct. After phone calls from the vet office as well as myself the claim was finally resolved on the day that we took Kalie home. Although this was a very frustrating experience, maybe the person handling the claim was having a bad day. Haven't we all?
