Very disappointed
The review process took much longer than promised. Ultimately, I was turned down for any reimbursement for various reasons. At the same time, I just received a renewal notice with a 30% increase in premiums. Very disappointed with insurance coverage right now. Will most likely shop around at this point in time.

I submit my claim and I get an answer back fast, I don’t have to call or email repeatedly to get an answer, I appreciate the customer service, if that goes away I also will go away, Figo is not the only game in town but it is the best one for me, keep the standard high don’t be tempted to cut corners with us and we will stay and Figo can be that standard that other companies will follow, thank you

Very easy to use, shady math with coverage
The app and submitting claims are very easy, the company pays very quickly on claims as well, which is great. My only complaint which is more a frustration is the way this company does their math as it relates to coinsurance and deductible is different than any other type of insurance I’ve ever had and clearly favors Lemonade, not the consumer. Then again, insurance companies number one goal is to make money, not to pay it out, so no surprise.
