We dont regret purchasing pet insurance. And Fetch hasnt let us down. We have a puppy that has been on and off sick as of recent and Fetch came through with the refunds after meeting our deductible. If not for Fetch im not sure we could afford our pets necessary care. Highly recommend

They keep losing vet records and rarely pay claims
In two years I've only received a couple hundred dollars and this week they asked for all records again. For the third time. They keep acting like it's my first claim. They have every record that exists since I adopted the dog. Yet they keep asking for them over and over and over. And then they go back and say, oh yeah, mb we do. But what about all these blank months (you know, when the dog didn't need the vet)? What a waste of $75/month. A woman at the vet last week is getting covered by her insurance for a kidney transplant for a dog she just adopted a month ago. I wish I would have purchased her insurance

I Am Very Happy with Fetch!
This is the first time I have purchased pet insurance, so I did my research and found that Fetch had the most to offer.I have only been with them for 3 months, but they are certainly living up to their reputation! They have honoured every claim and sent the reimbursement right away. So far, I have only made use of the Wellness portion of my policy, but I have no doubt that when I make an Injury and Illness claim I will be equally as satisfied.
