Waste of money cancelled today!
Finally went ahead and cancelled my policy. The review would be too long if I explained everything wrong with this company. After nearlyn2 months I finally got my claim reimbursement a whopping 5 dollars. Mind you I had to doball the work sending records they claimed they never got and even had my vet send them. Like pulling teeth getting ahold of customer service. The adjusted claimed she called me. What business will calland not leave a message? I was told they'd reemburse a percentage of medications. I got 0% my dog broke a toenail which was painful and she was walking on 3 legs adjuster claims it was a pre existing condition so no re embursement wth? Only reason I gave 2 stars is because customer service (when you finally get them) are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Otherwise they would get 0 stars from me.

This is my first time registering a pet for insurance. I recently adopted a kitten and the enrolment process was incredibly easy. It took only 10 minutes to register, and our first vet visit was extremely easy as well. All I had to do was mention my kitten was insured with Trupanion, and they were able to locate his information on their end, no problem. Off to a good start! Hopeful that anything that arises for my kitten is an easy process as well!
