Just enrolled in a MetLife policy for my 2 pets
The coverage appears to be very good-at least on paper. I guess how they handle a claim when there is an opportunity to file one will be the proof. For the benefits they claim to cover, I thought the premium was competitive. I look forward to seeing how they treat me as a customer!

Submitting Claims
After submitting my initial claims they were delayed pending submitting the veterinarian notes and after submitting them I was then asked to submit the initial documents for my puppy then eventually I received a partial reimbursement after over a period of a month since I initially submitted my claims.. So l am just amazed and surprised why wasn’t I asked to submit everything from the very beginning to save me time. The overall process was so very lengthy without valid reason.

I had some problems with the Embrace website and questions about my policy renewal. I was connected to Anna who spent about 45 minutes with me going over both issues.
