Glad we have it
Quick turn around times for reimbursement. Also, extremely glad we opted to get insurance on our pup. He suddenly became very ill with an autoimmune disorder and we had a ton of vet bills and will continue to have them in the coming weeks. It’s nice to know that we have coverage.

My Questions were answered and I felt like the agent understood my concerns issues like what was covered and what was not was explained clearly. However I was under the impression I had purchased individual policies when in fact it was 1 policy for 3 pets. I did not receive a written copy of the policy and at the time of purchase MetLife App had not been downloaded. I felt more of an effort should have been taken. All in all I am pleased with the service I have received from MetLife. I recommend this company to Family and Friends.
