The app makes it easy to submit a claim. Just enter the info, snap a photo of the receipt and upload. Processing is very fast. This has been a great experience so far. I would highly recommend Embrace.

there is nothing unique about embrace. Nothing special. They use a combination of insurance riders and discounts to try to sort of confuse the insurance issue. Ultimately with the combination of discounts and additional required riders to match my current policy there was no savings. In the end, it was probably just a little bit more expensive, but not enough to be bothered by. It’s just as unnecessary. It’s unnecessary to sculpt their insurance the way they do. I saw no value.

Worthless
If I could give no stars I would. Had the insurance for 2 years never filed a claim. Had a minor claim that was for less than $250 after my payment of deductible. Put me through so many hoops and I provided all the info requested as did my vet. After everything submitted they sent an email cancelling my claim??? I have never been more frustrated with a company.

My 10 yo dog passed on 10/4/24, the rep helped me with all the info I needed to process my claim, cancel the policy going forward and general info I needed. If I get another dog I will again use Embrace was coverage.

Great choice for insurance
Timely refunds, friendly staff, quick and easy step by step claim forms. The website always says high call volume but you are waiting 5 minutes at most. Most of the time I called the call was answered right away. Also, seems like a mom and pop place because I was given direct email contact to the representative. He both times responded within the hour.

I was misled
I was misled. It seems that there were so many things that are not covered. The representatives should make it clear to the new client what will be covered and not. Now I have to move the policy to another provider because wellness is only covered at so much
