Today speaking with Samantha Jenkins, I had a billing question and she assured me that it was going to be all right before my actual bill would be due, if not than I would get a courteous email stating what was the concern and it would be taken care of. I’ve been using this company for almost 8 years and have had three dogs insured. Currently I’m down to one. This company is professional, easy to file claims, quick to get back to me with questions, and even helped cover my dogs cremation when he passed away a year and a half ago. Having pet insurance eases my mind and I know my dog will be taken care of. Highly highly recommend.

They have been not processing my wellness claims for 2 years even though I submitted the invoice backup. They keep saying I need to submit additional invoices. There are no additional invoices my Dog has only one wellness visit yearly so there is only 1 invoice.
