This my first time having pet insurance, so I have alot questions. Everytime I have called the service has been great ! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very patient and kind when I asked questions I probably should already know.

Information had to repeatedly be sent
Information had to repeatedly be sent. I called the vet and they had already sent it to you twice. It seem as though it was just a tactic to take longer to pay my claim. Claims not required for payment was processed really fast. Whether or not you need to pay or not pay a claim , it should be processed quickly and and efficiently.

I don't recommend Spot Insurance to…
I don't recommend Spot Insurance to anyone, I turned in 1 claim out of 1500.00 they paid 150.00. It took forever for even getting that. They kept saying they needed more records, and even put down a vet I had never used and said they were waiting on those records. I said I've never used that vet, and they said would be another delay to get that vet removed that I had never used. No -one knows what the other is doing their no employee communication. I've canceled and don't recommend. Only gave 1 star so I could leave review😡

Highly Reccomend Pumpkin!
We’ve been with Pumpkin Insurance for over 2 years now and I’m so glad we we got it. Unlike other plans out there, these plans are affordable and even cover illness and injury. My dog had to have surgery a few months ago to remove a tumor and Pumpkin covered 90% of the surgery! I highly recommend them!

Pet saver services! Definitely recommend!
Since I adopted my rescue 8 years ago, I use HealthyPaws services and I could not be more happy them. My dog had surgery in both legs, and unfortunately is battling lymphoma cancer for more than 1-year. The only reason she is still with us, is because of Pet Insurance, otherwise we would not have the funds to keep her chemotherapy treatment for so long. The HealthyPaws reimbursement process is simple and straightforward, their customer service is great and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for pet insurance.
