Customer Service is great
Customer Service is great. When signing up initially the gal was very nice, informative and answered all my questions. In a second phone call regarding signing up the gal was very nice, informative and when there was a question she wasn’t positive about she said she would email me as soon as she had the answer. Within minutes I had an email with the answer. When I submitted the first claim, the gal on the phone walked me through and gave me additional information for any future claim situations I may have and how to address it. Overall customer service and the online site has been great.

Unclear as to how deductible is applied to claims
I’m not very happy that this company breaks sown the deductible into numerous categories. I may have not read the application contract clearly but I’m seriously thinking about this policy because of what I perceive as unclear loopholes in the coverage policy. I’m in the process of finding a policy from another company. I can not recommend Pet’s Best.

Very pleased
My 5 dogs have been insured through ASPCA for more than 5 years. Lately the turn around time once a claim has been submitted has been quick and I like the ease of submitting claims via app on my phone. Customer service has been easy to reach as well. I definitely notice a great improvement since I first became a member.
