I can't say enough positive things…
I can't say enough positive things about my customer service experience. When I called months later to enroll a second dog, the salesperson (Carmen was her name) remembered every detail about our first pet and was so thoughtful and kind. Wonderful company!

Scam Pets Best really isn’t
Backtrack a couple years. My dog got a hematoma surgery. Then Applied Pets best got denied for this claim cause the incident happened before. Ok understood I get it. Fast track today he went in cause his ear had yeast and has bad allergies. We got denied again because the issue was from before? How so? I was paying for 2 years and this was developing months ago. They’ll find any excuse to deny you. Going to appeal but likely be cancelling today.

I at first was nervous about the process of doing this claim. however, after reviewing metlife site and discussing with a person, I proceeded forward. The process was pretty straight forward and easy to follow. make sure to have a scan copy or pic of your service. Make sure it was clear, and it has all the needed information. I have done all of this and that made it a easy process. I would recommend using Metlife insurance because they coverage isn't confusing and the claim process was easy to understand.

I am pleased with my coverage for my dog Benni. He got sick and this ins. paid all benefits for him, but now I see all my pets insured with SPOT are having their rates raised by quite a lot upon renewal. Some ins. I haven't even used. Very disappointed and I'm looking for replacement ins.

I adopted a senior dog when he was 9 and ended up switching insurance to Embrace early on because their rate was super competitive. That choice came with a bunch of other perks. The submission process was simple. The reimbursement criteria was clear. Any staff I dealt with were super helpful. The last 2.5 years of my dog's life were a lot, medically speaking. He beat lymphoma and lived a really long time with kidney disease (with a bladder stone removal surgery in the middle!) And because I had this insurance, I never had to make a decision where money was a factor in whether I could help my dog continue his fight to keep living. My only criticism is that their app and upload technology have become increasingly difficult to work with. I can't even use the app to submit a claim without it crashing. I would strongly encourage them to allocate some resources to improving this essential piece of their infrastructure.

Best Customer Service, Ever
Most insurance is the same, similar costs and similar coverage. What makes a provider stand out is how they treat you. If you call Embrace you will speak to a person within minutes and they will be kind and helpful. When you make a claim you'll get a response within days and the payment then or soon after. Some other place may have a slightly cheaper rate but no where else has this level of customer service!
