The WORST pet insurance company
Would not cover my $700 vet bill because "vomiting" is a pre existing condition for my dog. Only problem is, we did not take our dog to the vet for vomiting. We appealed our claim with a written letter from our vet but they still said they would not cover it. I've been paying for this for almost 2 years, about $50 per month. This is a complete scam.

Claim was submitted to Trupanion Canada by Close Vet Vet Clinic on their system on Jan. 6, 2024. The employee of the clinic commented that the claim was done on their system quickly and efficiently. Trupanion Canada acknowledged the claim instantly and Outcome Letter / Claim completed notification was received next day on Jan. 7th 2024. This is excellent service from Trupanion Canada. Thank you. I'm sorry that I didn't understand what you are looking for under 'Review Title'.

I cannot say enough- I am so impressed with this company. I had a 10 week old puppy that was sick from the time we got her last summer and amassed thousands in vet bills from the very first day. Trupanion has been so responsive and quick to review claims and pay out. Thank you! Thankfully my puppy Ivy has recovered and although developmentally delayed she will be fine!

My experience with Embrace Pet Insurance was amazing. Their representatives are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They process the claims very quickly and the money is deposited in my account right after it’s approved. I would recommend them to anyone.

170% Monthly Premium Increase
At the annual renewal, Embrace increased my pet's premium from $87 to $235 monthly. Didn't even submit a claim in the past two years. They started out reasonable.

Long term customer
I’ve been a customer with Pets Best for over 20 years, with coverage on several dogs. Currently coverage on 3 Great Danes. The claims are easy to submit and paid exceptionally timely . The insurance coverage is good for major medical bills. The customer service is excellent. The coverage premiums are a higher than other companies , but well worth the money investment and peace of mind .
