Frustrating and Inefficient
The ultimate issue I've been having is, I have been very responsive to fix issues with my claim, but it seems like Embrace's system isn't very efficient. They're either not receiving my responses, emails, etc. or they're ignoring them. My claim is on hold after I've made multiple attempts to reach out to Embrace to fix the issue. At first it was an issue with my cat's name not being correct which I noted in the claim, responded multiple emails and finally got resolved. Now there's an issue that there was not a complete record of my pet's medical history and I submitted it through the site, responded through email, reached out to a customer service I had previously spoken all to no avail. I just called to try to resolve and Embrace's system is down. It has not been easy!

bad experience
bad experience. The agent was not helpful resolving my issue. My claim got refused because they mention that my pet has precondition. but as much as I told them the precondition is completely different they seem they don't want to understand. I wouldn't recommend fetch to anyone else.

Embrace is the best insurance
Embrace is the best insurance. No joke. In the space of two days, both of my dogs were injured. One was hit by a car, and the other was poisoned. We spent over $5,000 in emergency expenses. They were quick to review the cases and reimbursed me exactly what I signed up for. We were reimbursed 80% of the total bills, less the remaining deductibles.

I ruff (LOVE) embrace
I love embrace! It seemed like we had to take our dog to the dr/er every month, so we finally got insurance. Now I don't know how any pet owner can live without it. They have modern tools with upload online and they communicate quickly and effectively about claims.

10 Stars!!!! I can't say enough positive about "Many Pets". My dog is my life. For the past year I've had him to four different vets for coughing and gagging. Recently he started licking the air for no reason. All the vets except the last one told me he was overweight and that was his problem. He's lost 4 lb and was still gagging and coughing with little exertion sometimes none. The problem was it would happen so fast I couldn't video it. Finally as it got worse I could video it. I took him to the teaching college in Colorado with all the latest technology and procedures. They believed me before they saw the videos but appreciated that I brought them. They did all the necessary testing and now I have a diagnosis of 60 percent collapsible trachea. We now have a treatment plan and if it wasn't for MP my boy would have suffered. Do yourself a favor get pet insurance for your loved ones. Although it may seem like it doesn't pay off there will come a day when it does and many pets has an option for 100% reimbursement after you meet your deductible.
