My experience with Laura was one that every one should experience. She was very caring, pleasant to speak with, professional, efficient and effective. I am recovering through surgery and she helped me getting things processed so I didn’t pass the time limit required for reimbursements of my claims. She contacted my vet to support what may be needed so I can focus on my recovery. I’ve been with Fetch for quite sometime and they are wonderful. Not only do they care about your pets health but they care about the pets parents to make sure they are meeting their needs in support of their pets. They really do care. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best investment you can make to insure the best care of your beloved pet. Adopted my dog Luke when he was 6 months old and immediately got this insurance in 2017, and it has been a life saver. Luke ended up with allergies and the medication is $180.00 a month, I send the invoice to Healthy Paws and get reimbursed for 90% within 2-3 days. He has had multiple surgeries that have also been covered at 90%, saving me thousands of dollars. Their customer service is the most caring, kind, professional I have ever encountered. I have referred many friends and family to Healthy Paws, and they tell me if not for this insurance it would have been so stressful and devastating, emotionally and financially, had they had ignored the importance of getting this coverage for their pets. Extensive medical history requirement - beware
Disappointed with the extensive requests for medical history (18 months upon receipt of your first claim), and refusal of coverage. This was the most reasonably affordable plan I could find after much research, but it's basically useless since they don't seem to actually cover anything.
