Submitting claims is incredibly easy, and the response time is impressively fast—I usually receive the covered amount within 1–2 business days. My dog has allergies, and I’m so grateful to have this insurance. It’s been a huge relief!

I love love this company
I love love this company. However, when I called, wasn’t given a time when my claim would be paid via direct deposit. So need to call again. Usually claims are done quickly for this bi annual procedure but I had to fully pay vet. And credit card bill was due. So paid that. Not sure when I will be reimbursed. Little communication regarding this issue.
