Trupanion provided immediate assistance!
Being able to provide my Trupanion policy number at the time of my pet's visit was a plus! Perhaps all company's allow this but any questions about coverage can be resolved by the Vet. The Vet assistant also claimed that Trupanion was a great company to deal with. Within 10 minutes of her call to Trupanion, I was given positive reassurance of coverage during my emergency visit!

Amazing service!
We submitted a claim on our dog who unfortunately had to be euthanized after medical complications. We were only expecting to be reimbursed for the ER visit. We were surprised to receive a refund for the unused portion of our annual-paid policy as well. We also used Pets Best for chemo treatment reimbursement for lymphoma with our other dog, and appreciated how easy it was to submit those claims. Pets Best has earned our business for all our future pets!
