No communication
Filed 2 wellness claims several days greater than 2 weeks...no communication from them. Chat line not working. It took me 30 mins on line to find a telephone no. Apparently they are redoing their computer system and there are unexpected delays which is understandable but lack of communication is not.

Had a emergency with my Labrador…
Had a emergency with my Labrador Retriever ingested some type of drug while on a walk at a nearby park. It was an expensive night in an emergency pet hospital they kept until the next day. Glad I had insurance to help with the cost.

My claim for August was completed, but not July…
My claim for August was completed within a matter of days. My claim from early July hasn’t even been started. Both were puppy wellness visits (vaccinations, etc) so not sure why there is a delay on the one from July.

Great experience with Embrace!
Embrace has always covered the medical expenses that have occurred. My dog was always healthy but since becoming 14 years old, she has recently had some issues. My claims have been taken care of quickly and Chloe's health has improved. She is amazingly active for a dog of her age. I am thankful that I have been able to cover her medical expenses and also the Wellness Plan has helped me to be able to get her shots and checkups on time. She is a happy little dog.
