Spot pet insurance has been so easy to deal with! I purchased a plan to pay for the possibility of any large expenses related to my pet's health. The setup was really easy and the reimbursements have been extremely helpful during the stressful time of my dogs recent diagnosis.

Totally a scam
Totally a scam. More than a yr paying for it, when I do first claim, they sit on it for months claiming it needs more documentation when everything has already been provided. It’s until u call pissed saying you’re gonna cancel that they ACTUALLY start working on it. At the end never received a penny on any of my claims and NO REFUND EITHER. They just gave m the refund for the current month prorated. If I could gave zero starts I would. Do not waste $$$ on this crap.

Submitting the claim was easy & settling the claim was quick. Received my check without any issues. Had to contact customer service on a question about my dog & meds, the customer service rep was excellent, friendly, informative.
