PET INSURANCE REVIEW
Tried several companies and vets before discovering Met Life. It was the best decision I have made. Never a problem submitting a claim directly from the vet's office, and issuing me a copy. All adds up after Met Life reviews and issues payments. No declines, no-nonsense company, the very best to deal with, perhaps those complaining have a problem with their chosen vets as I did before discovering one that was not out to cheat the patient's owners.

Total Disappointment
I heard from a friend Embrace was better then the Healthy Paws I had for my other dog. I found this not to be true. My claim for my new rescue was a nightmare. If i wasn't already in to embrace I would go back to healthy paws.

This company is one of the worst…
This company is one of the worst insurances I have used. You say 80/20 but have hidden costs. Like why charge a deductible and a co payment on top of it! I have never seen or read anything about that! Sometimes you charge co pay sometimes not! For me to pay 250 on a deductible and 154 for co pay is ridiculous and you are just stealing money from people. I am looking in to other insurances! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues!
