So relieving to have coverage when the unexpected happens!
When you adopt a new pet you never expect to have any issues. We are so thankful we signed up for Trupanion the first week we adopted our Annie girl! She started suffering seizures after having her for 10 months and has been diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Having the financial support of our plan with Trupanion has been such a relief! I can’t fathom the extra layer of stress we’d be feeling during these past few months of emergency room visits, medication changes and highly expensive diagnostic procedures. I can’t recommend it enough! Great coverage, helpful customer service and excellent turnaround time on receiving reimbursements!

The claim process was seamless
The claim process was seamless — I received pre-certification within minutes. My French Bull dog suffered an acute allergic reaction and had to be rushed to the ER vet. Due to the severity, he needed an overnight stay, but knowing that Embrace covered the cost was incredibly reassuring. He’s doing fine now!
