Great Claim Response
I have a Bichon/Shitzu (8 yrs) and Havamalt (3 yrs) Both have environmental allergies. Both have been insured by Pets Best since they were puppies. I have found that if I provide the correct paperwork, they process claims quickly and with little fuss. If I need to call about something, their customer service folks are professional, polite and helpful. I would recommend Pets Best to anyone.

Easy and efficient
Unfortunately my puppy needed to go to the vet, but Pet's Best made it easy to make a claim by simply taking a picture of the vet bill with my phone and uploading it to the website. They reviewed the claim within a week and were already reimbursing me in that time period. I set up direct deposit, which made the reimbursement even easier.

30 yrs of Vet Experience..love Spot
I have worked for a veterinary hospital for over thirty years. Seeing how vet care has become very specialized and the cost of this care have increased, I decided to get Spot insurance for my dog. I am very pleases with Spot insurance. They processed my claim very fast and had a check sent right out. I would strongly recommend Spot Insurance.

The company seems to care allot about their fur baby clients, and the pet parents. I do wish they could deposit my reimbursement, to my checking account, a little faster. My husband is in hospice, and my son is ill. My hands are so full. It would be one less worry for me, to be able to pay, Care Credit, for my little one's medical bills.

Pets Best saved us from Financial Ruin!
I highly recommend Pets Best! They really came through for my family when we needed them the MOST! Our dog Callie, needed emergency surgery at 2.5 years old for IVDD. There was ZERO push back and ZERO reasons NOT to cover Callie’s surgery. Her surgery was 18k and another 5k in PT. We would have been financially ruined if it were NOT for Pets Best! I promote Pets Best at the animal hospital and at PT.
