I just became a member of pet life met not too long ago for my puppy Max. He had to have a vaccination, which was expensive. I sent in a claim to MetLife and within a week, actually less than a week, they sent me 80% of what I paid. I I consider that great service.

I appreciate how personal the team at SPOT really is. When I had to say goodbye to my soul dog, they didnt just send a letter. They called. And to me, thats huge. Because the voicemail that was left, sounded like it came from a best friend. It was sincere and showed me that they actually care.
