My dog Ace hurt his knee while he was at a kennel. We picked up Ace and took him right to emergency care. They knew right away that he would need surgery and schedule it for that week. Once the procedure was done, our vet office submitted everything and we had a maximum claim amount paid back to is within 4 days.

It was fine
It was fine. I will ask you to not survey me every time I make a claim or contact you in any way. We, as a society, are surveyed to death. Seems like I can't go anywhere or do anything without being surveyed. If you are tired of it too, please stop. If I'm dissatisfied, I will let you know. Other than that, your service was fine.
