Barchens doctor visit.
I was informed at every step of what needed to be done to expedite my claim. ASPCA pet ins. Contacted my Veterinarian quickly to retrieve Barchens medical records which kept me from having to complete that process. This was my first claim, but l am very pleased so far.

Met life pays %90 and is very thorough. Reviews are rather slow, but they document the payments. and are fair. Vet bills are so very high so it's nice to have met Life on your side!

Buyers beware of trupanion I have had pet insurance with this company for over 8 yrs I recently tried to make my first claim in 5yrs for my dog MJ I was jump through hoop after hoop and getting nothing but the run around saying they needed info from my current vet and then from my old vet once I provided this they said now we need info from current vet again after a month of trying with no results I contacted the better business bureau they got the claim processed in 24 hrs so I thought finally it done NOPE after waiting am extra day longer than is needed to have monies deposited in my account I call back to find out trupanion made a mistake and deposited my money into a wring account and I would have to wait for them to get back their money b4 they could give me mine several days later now I find out they sent a cheque so I will take a week in the mail then days to be processed by my bank so when they advertise they pay claims rapidly it's a big smoke screen to cover up the fact that this small claim for under 200 dollars rakes over 2 months with the BBB helping DONT TRUST TRUPANION THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FIR THE PROFIT AND DONT CARE ABOUT OUR PRECIOUS FIR BABIES SHAME SHAME SHAME ON TRUPANION WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 2 THUMBS DOWN
