WARNING!!
WARNING!!! Do not ever ever get this insurance for your pet. My dog coverage went up $100 in one year. I have been with this insurance company for over 10 years with my dog. He is now 13 and I am paying $300 a month!!!! It’s actually ridiculous. I maybe did 3 claims in over 10 years!! Every other place I checked has way better insurance coverage that this terrible awful place! They are thieves!!!!

I have spent a crap load of money and…
I have spent a crap load of money and you have returned a fraction of it from two claims I submitted. A that’s crap! So no I don’t understand why I have insurance if I’m going to end up paying majority of the bill! Useless. My bill was almost 800 to a $1000 for Luca’s ER Visit an you paid me a measly portion of $124 for an unplanned ER visit. Whatever I won’t be renewing. It has to be something better!

I am very happy with Spot pet insurance, it is my first time having pet insurance and it has been a very good experience with my new puppy. I already used it for her first check-up and they covered everything for me. It was great. Thank you very much. I also called customer service with some questions and They were very friendly and answered everything so far, it has been an excellent service. I recommend it. good job.
