So very happy with Spot!
It was a nightmare trying to find puppy insurance. I went with spot after comparing at least 5 other insurances. I submitted a claim on Monday, they completed it Wednesday and I got the direct deposit Thursday. It’s pretty simple to submit a claim, very straightforward. I feel so good knowing my pup is coveted by Spot!

Good company/SLOW reimbursements
Embrace has been good overall, however, be prepared for VERY long waits for reimbursement. Our previous insurer had worse customer service but their reimbursements went out within a week. Embrace typically over a month. Definitely feels like they drag their feet here compared to other insurers.
