I have used Embrace for two dogs
I have used Embrace for two dogs. Both had cancer. My current dog (Beso) has a type of cancer that had a sudden onset. Embrace covered the event and was extremely thorough and compassionate. Within a week the claim was filed, researched, paid and deposited in my account. I was so grateful.

I like that you can customize the plans to meet your needs. The only thing is I wish the reimbursement was faster, but other than that, the pet insurance is the best one out there.

I am not sure at this point
I am not sure at this point. I just began coverage through Spot and have only submitted one claim for a wellness visit. But I can say I feel bombarded with emails. I really just need to be informed of whether or not a claim has been applied to my deductible and my remaining balance
