Loop hole masters, nothing is actually covered...

Loop hole masters, you won't get back a cent. My cat is 8 and was randomly diagnosed with osteoarthritis. This was not a known condition prior to the diagnosis. We have spent about $4000 so far and got back $65... My cat now needs monthly injections to manage the pain, neither the visits nor the treatment is covered in any capacity. Do yourself a favor, put what you would pay these thieves into a savings pr emergency account and manage it yourself. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible experience with Fetch

Terrible experience with Fetch. Extremely long processing times. Requested for the same information previously provided multiple times; didn't even bother to read the documents provided which already contained the information requested and stonewalled. 0 updates for 2 months. Pet records provided were dated July 31st (date provided by animal hospital) and Fetch didn't even bother to read the rest of the patient history because of this. Re-requested for records dating from January onwards (which were in the provided document) and then stopped communicating for months. No update on claim progress for multiple months before I reached out for support.

Best Pet Insurance

I have had embrace for two years now and it's been the best pet insurance I've had by far. Whether online or over the phone the staff and customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to everyone especially if your pet is like family!!

Fetch has allowed me to have my fur…

Fetch has allowed me to have my fur baby and take care of him. The help with paying part of the vet bills truly helps by reducing stress on me. Thank you

Wasted our time and money!

The 15-day waiting period is poorly communicated to new clients. We had to switch insurance because our dog was covered through a specific vet, and she developed serious health issues, leading to the discovery of a mass in her colon. Despite finding the mass well after the 15-day period, they claimed it was a preexisting condition because she was treated for diarrhea within that time frame. They also stated that her surgery to remove the mass wasn’t covered under the illness and accident plan. Their claim responses are minimal and generic, offering no straightforward way to dispute without calling and dealing with someone on the phone. We were in a difficult position switching providers, just trying to save our dog’s life. I expected some compassion from the company in such situations. Ultimately, we were penalized by the 15-day waiting period. Ironically, they had no problem taking my money from day one! Thanks for wasting my time and money!

Requires previous medical records

They asked me for the previous 18 months of medical records of my cat. I provided all the documents from the shelters and they got approved. Overall a nice experience
