If only my insurance was as exceptional as my cats'!
If only my human medical insurance was as exceptional and hassle-free as my cats' Healthy Paws insurance! I have two rescues - adopted in Nov 2019 when they were about 3 mos old - and purchased policies for both. Aries (girl sibling) has had more medical issues than her brother, Orion, and -thankfully- her Healthy Paws policy has seen us through a few expensive episodes. It is easy to file a claim and reimbursements are amazingly fast - again, with no hassles (unlike my own insurance which is *all* hassles/frustration and minimal reimbursements). Off to a good start
So far so good - haven't had any issues or claims as this is a brand new policy. Hopefully we'll never have to use it outside of wellness visits. Overall though, app and website are easy to use. Clear re: what is and is not covered, pricing is reasonable.

Easy to upload receipts and quick payment options. My only wish is that I could add coverage to my existing coverage before the renewal date. For example I want to add preventative coverage, but have to wait until the year is up. Otherwise I’m fully satisfied.
