The claims process has gotten much quicker in the last year. What used to take a few weeks is now done in a few days. The coverage is very simple to understand, so I have never had to dispute a claim. I always have an idea of what my claim will pay and it’s always been accurate.

Customer service is excellent.

I had forgotten about my payment…
I had forgotten about my payment withdrawal date and because of a big 1 time payment coming out there was insufficient funds. I immediately called Sonnet and was able to rectify the issue in minutes with the help of a very polite, courteous and knowledgeable agent.
