Three of my claims have have just been sitting…
Three of my claims have have just been sitting in the Embrace system and they say "Pending Medical Records" even though these records have been sent by email and also uploaded into my documents online. There was absolutely nothing missing from the documents sent. My dog's prior medical history was even sent by our vet in July and Embrace seem to have lost it. That experience with Embrace was terrible. UPDATE: Fortunately, the claims were finally processed and they seem to process them faster now.

Avoid this company, my insurance went from $260 a month in 2023 to 390$ a month? I had an accident 5 years ago, no tickets. 4680$ a year for insurance as a 35 YO is absoutley INSANE
