Great Customer Service, Easy Claims Process
From when we first got our fur-baby in 2017, Embrace has been amazing! Our poor pup had a lot of health issues when we got her at 3 months old. Embrace was ALWAYS available to answer questions and their claim submission and reimbursement process is great. Customer Service representatives are always friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Keep it up Embrace

Pumpkin Best Pet Insurance
Working with Pumpkin on my claims for Maximus has always been easy. If I have any issues they are extremely helpful. Payments are done very quickly once everything is processed.

Never approve claims
Granted I have not had many claims but, the ones I have done, have not been approved. There's always an excuse as to why they won't approve the claims. I pay $400 a month for this insurance that doesn't cover anything. I keep it in hopes that one day if really needed my fur babies will be covered. I highly doubt it though.

HORRIBLE 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Please do yourself a favor and go with another insurance company. My pet was treated for pneumonia and respiratory infection early in life. Later on when she developed a polyp and had to have it removed this company of course found a way around it so they did not have to pay any $, even though they should have, stating she had had respiratory issue in the past, totally unrelated to the polyp! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had numerous friends and family sign up for this company at my recommendation and they are all canceling now after this ordeal. Embrace should be ashamed
