Claims are easy to file and track and they are evaluated and processed by Embrace within a few days. The ability to chose your level of coverage is awesome. It's also very easy to speak with a representative to get answers to any questions that may arise.

Trupanion’s the best!
Hello I’m so glad that I have Trupanion insurance for my cats. I have one that had over 10K in vet bills due to urinary blockages and surgery. I would had have him treated with or without insurance, but knowing I could concentrate on my boy’s care instead of worrying about the bills was a huge relief! I have had many other claims over the 10+ years my cats have been covered by Trupanion’s plans. Most of the time I was reimbursed within less than 24 hours of submitting the claim. Trupanion has no payout limits or lifetime maximum, and if you have a deductible, it is per condition, not per year.
