Easy to submit claims
Easy to submit claims. Would recommend that ASPCA review the fees. Since all costs have increased they should be increasing the amount of reimbursement for vaccines, etc.

Fast, No-Hassle Claim Processing and Payment
My one-year-old cat fell and broke his ankle a few weeks ago, requiring a fusion surgery. It was (and still is) an incredibly stressful time for us, having to provide round-the-clock care and see him hurting. Pets Best promptly (within a WEEK of his surgery) processed and paid the claim—no issues. What an immense relief. This is my second pet who has been covered by Pets Best. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not a good experience
When I enrolled my dog, it was a great experience. However when I filed the first claim, it was by far the worst customer service I received. I ended up canceling. No on will answer any message you send through the app. Until I found executives to email, I finally got a response after 3 weeks. I will never use this company again.
