I have had a few pet insurance companies in the past but none of them completed a claim as quickly as Pets Best. Great explanation and easy process.

Embrace is awesome!
Embrace was great to work with. My fur baby tore her ACL and had major surgery. Once I sent the claims in and they retrieved the records , the claims were paid. I would recommend Embrace insurance to anybody who loves their babies.

I have been with Embrace over 6 years…
I have been with Embrace over 6 years now and it's been nothing short of superb. I've had some expensive claims on my late little man Winston over the years and Embrace reimbursed me every time with no problems. To me pet insurance isn't an option so I highly recommend it.

MetLife pet insurance has been outstanding for our furry friends. The coverage is comprehensive while the reimbursement has been fair and equitable. Both the website and the mobile app are easy to use during the submission of claims, and support was extremely courteous and helpful when I have called for help. Resolution of claims typically has taken between two and three weeks which I feel is acceptable. Their explanation of benefits is thorough and easy to read. We have been very satisfied for the two plus years thus far.
