After much research, embrace was a mistake.
Most claims were rejected even with the extra coverages purchased and customer service was unhelpful or non responsive. Enrollment took forever due to lack of follow up on their part. The best experience I had was with Clay when I cancelled my policy this week.

Embrace is an excellent insurance company for your pets! I highly recommend them. They are timely and fair with their reimbursements. I just received over $1,000 reimbursement for my dog’s dental surgery and am very thankful. I gave them four stars, because they are hard to get a hold of on the phone. However, they are timely through the email claims process, which definitely matters the most!

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. My pet had never been diagnosed with Periodontal Disease, rather I had taken initiative to have routine dental cleanings (every 6 months) and since he's prior had extractions they decided this was a pre-existing condition and would not cover any of his routine care that keeps him healthy. Felt like they are looking for reasons to not cover. I opted for the wellness benefit and the limit you reach the visit right away despite the care just being routine in nature. This company does not seem to want to pay for any routine care in my experience, so if you are comfortable with only catastrophic care your experience may be better than mine.

Great customer service team
Our dog Zoey had a torn CCL and needed surgery and she has been healthy before so we didn't have much medical records of Zoey, this was a source of confusion when we submitted our claims, the claims were initially denied and we had to made a few calls to Spot's support team, but every time we called there wasn't much wait and the support staff were all very patient and professional, especially Gloria, who called our vet clinic right away and got the confirmation needed while we are on hold. We never had this kind of responsiveness on any customer services calls. Our dog is still young and it give us great peace of mind knowing we have Spot insurence, highly recommended.
