Forever thankful to Healthy Paws
My dog recently had to undergo back surgery and I was so worried. Thanks to Healthy Paws for being there for him, their care and professionalism has been the best. We have been with Health Paws for most of his life and this was the best choice I could made to insure my dog has the protection if it is needed.The customer service has always been excellent and have addressed my concerns or issues incredibly quick. Great Pet Insurance
I love this insurance easy to use / quick to refund you. Our dog has arthritis issues and requires daily Rx and bi-monthly injections to keep him comfortable thank goodness for his insurance or we may not have been able to afford his medicine and would have most likely have had to put him down way before his time to avoid him being uncomfortable and in pain.

ACL surgery
Healthy Paws did what they said they would do. And reimbursement was prompt. Filing process is easy. The decision to get surgery for our Dog's ACL injury was easy, knowing we were covered by Healthy Paws. No one should question the value of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

Lemonade is an amazing pet partner
My dog was just diagnosed with diabetes at 7 1/2 years old. I filed my first ever claim to Lemonade for it and was treated kindly and fairly. They obtained the extra information they needed directly from the vet, approved my claim, and paid my 80% after deductible to my bank account quickly. They have continued to handle my claims quickly as we stabilize my girl’s insulin. I am so happy that I have Lemonade insurance for my dogs, they have helped ease the stress of this difficult time.

Long Search - Great Outcome
We studied all the options for pet insurance and are very pleasewd that we selected Trupanion. It has a Canadian division, responds quickly, our vet submits claims on our behalf, processing of claims is lightning fast, and our kittens are covered without price escalations for their lifetime. So far they have been fantastic.

Unbelievable service!
In a world where poor customer service and misleading terms are the norm I constantly find myself stunned by the professionalism I am met with every time I deal with a claim through Trupanion! There are no hidden hoops to discover and jump through. No delays in processing the claim because of some crazy bit of minutiae. And when you do need to talk with a live service rep they are readily available, professional and sympathetic. This plan gets things done. Why can't all customer service plans be this good? I am spoiled!

For their monthly fee, I expected much more.
Instead, I was turned off to the whole pet insurance industry. For now on I’m just going to put that $157 a month into a savings account. That account will cover everything 100% - pre existing conditions, examinations and meds. I’ll simply be removing the middle man. Trupanion could have done better and not have been so nit picky. Out of $2200 worth of invoices submitted, only $400 was covered. I didn’t need to get out the calculator to do that math.
