Good Insurance
Our pup ate something and was pooping/throwing up a ton of blood . we had to take her into the ER and have her there overnight for treatment . I called into Embrace multiple times to confirm details . This is my first insurance claim since i got my puppy and she is around 2 years old . we signed up with embrace the day we got her , and i am happy we did . The first claim did take some time because of the history follow up etc . But all worked out well at the end . I am happy ..It's better to have Embrace and not have to use it . But the peace of mind that i have my pup covered is well worth it . Thanks for your support Embrace Team

PetsBest has been great for us. They communicate about the status of claims so we know if there is a delay. They have covered what they said would be covered and helped us provide specialty care for a dog we adopted with some unknown special needs.

Unhelpful and poor customer service
Filing a claim with Metlife is a joke of a process. They require a 12 month medical history, so expect to not be reimbursed unless you take your pet for monthly check ups. After multiple calls to customer service and confirmation that my pet's medical history was received the claim is consistently closed with the reason being "insufficient documents provided". You'd be better off saving your money monthly then paying for this policy.

I called to understand how a couple of my claims were processed. I was getting errors when trying to review the claims on line. The customer service representative explained them to me in detail. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Great customer service, thank you! Also, every time I have called, I have actually got a live person to talk you!
