Amy contacted me last week to discuss plan options. She was very helpful, professional and friendly, and answered all my questions. This week, when I was using the online process to secure the insurance for Birdie, I had some questions as to the waiting period. I called the 800 number and they said someone would call me back. I relayed my tight time constraints at the time, and within fifteen minutes, Josh called me. He addressed my concerns right away, and put me at ease about the policy. I was able to complete the online info and received my policy. Josh was also friendly and professional.

Just takes about an average of 15 days or so to get reimbursed for your claim- from the time you file until you get paid. N.B. after being approved of your claim- it will still take an additional 2-3 days for completion.

A Letter I Wrote To HealthyPaws
"Hi there. First of all, I just want to tell you, whoever is on the other end of this line, that I am so incredibly grateful to have had HealthyPaws for my girl. I wouldn't have been able to afford a whole additional year and a half with her if it weren't for you guys. Thank you for never pushing back on her cancer care. Thank you for, in spite of Laika's absolutely abominable health and constant ear infections, not harrassing me for more records or questioning my claims. I've said "Thank god for HealthyPaws" at least once a week for the last 15 months. I'm emailing to report, if it weren't already clear from the last claim I submitted, that we had to say goodbye to my little Soul Dog, Laika, last night- thus I'm requesting to close her policy once this claim has been reviewed. Thank you again for all of your support in the last few years. I'm so lucky to have had her, to have had so much extra time with her, and to have not had to sell my house to do so.
