The fact that it was hard to get anyone on phone bugged me... but After my 1st claim I did on app I received a response within a day ..when I had a question I sent email and it was response to within a couple of hours.. I'm Extremely Satisfied With Embrace.. Thank you Fred and Bandit

I didn't receive a reply back from my question as to whether my dogs medical records had been received, and have asked numerous times. Once i signed up my pets (3 of them) i can't get anyone to get back to me. Not very impressed with your follow up or customer satisfaction. judy bartlett
