Your staff are very polite and helpful. I am 86, former U S Naval Office and aide to former U S Senator Claiborne Pell, however I am not up on the latest. No I phone, a computer, (tower), at my desk I need paper forms and will submit requests thru fax or the mail and have no idea what you are requesting thru all these electronic introductory's. The reps state they are waiting to hear…
The reps state they are waiting to hear back from the vet, the vet states they have no emails or faxes from embrace. I have to contact the vet to forward additional information to Embrace. Weeks go by and Embrace states they are still waiting on information from the vet after confirming they received documentation. I paid for a service, and I have to provide the paperwork in addition to my statement from the vet at time of service.

Why have it if every claim is rejected!!! Dog had surgery and follow u visit for 122.00 is rejected after deductible!!! You call and you wait!!! Easy to file but rejection all the time is painful and expensive
