I called Fetch and Amanda Mello not only took care of answering all my questions, she provided that best policy for my Puchino. When I expressed trying too hurry because she might have other calls, she answered that I was her main focus and I felt that way. I contacted via email after hours and she still took cate of me. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance. She helped me find a good plan that fits my pets needs and explained the pricing very well.
