SPOT is the best!
I have had many dogs but the first time I purchased pet insurance was through Spot Pet Insurance. I compared providers and they appeared to be one of the best. I am so happy I went with Spot! They have been superb! They have numerous insurance options, are responsive to any questions or requests, explain the claims in detail and have truly been a blessing for me.

You have changed your policy & the…
You have changed your policy & the price went up & coverage went down. You shouldn't drop coverage but grandfather those people in. I am now looking for new coverage. You used to pay within a week, now it's almost 3 weeks. I had 100 percent coverage - now it's 80 percent! That is unacceptable. You don't seem to care about the customers that have been with you.

Submitting Claims is Easy!
I love the ease of submitting claims. I rescued a standard poodle and not knowing much about her past care, I felt it important to have coverage for possible potential medical needs. Embrace has been fabulous so far. I'm so glad that I have peace-of-mind knowing that I have help meeting her medical expenses.

Pricey After Your Dog ages a couple years
I've had this insurance for two almost three years. 1st renewal my monthly charge increased 40%. The next renewal my cost is increasing by 85% which is wild & totally unnecessary. Outside of a couple small things, I have used the insurance twice. The 2nd time more than likely a result of the 1st. My dog was attacked by a neighbor dog & needed emergency surgery for my 1st use of insurance, which is something completely out of my control. It was an unprovoked attack that happened while we were sitting on our front steps. She is a healthy dog & a freak dog attack is exactly why I have insurance in the 1st place. Another increase will price me out of being able to afford pet insurance. I am still not sure how I'm going to make the most recent 85% increase work. My girl is a breed that lives a long time & she isn't even half way through her lifespan. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

ManyPets made it possible!
I want to say that they made the submission of every claim easy and have reimbursed us for 99.7% of our claims for our pet Lua. At 10 years old she was diagnosed with a mass cell tumor and we went through testing and chemo, and started radiation therapy… unfortunately she did not make it and passed away 6 months after her diagnosis. Many Pets made it possible to help her live 6 more months and that I am forever grateful. It’s too soon for another pet, but once we're ready we’ll definitely be back.
