Embrace is the first and only insurance I signed up for my fur baby. I never wondered if I got the best insurance for my fur baby. I can't find any reason not to be satisfied. I'm happy with all my claims responses and reimbursements. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Bad communications and delays with no explanation
We got insurance for our dog. She had some teeth that needed to be removed. The communication with the company has been slow and sometimes non-responsive. When I asked a question about what other documents they needed to complete the claim they never responded, then I got an email saying they were closing the case because I didn't give them all the documents. When I asked why they never responded to my email asking for clarification, they apologised but didn't respond to my question about how to best communicatie with them. After resending all the correct documents, they said it would be processed in 3-5 days. It's now been over a month with no response.

Long time happy customer My cavalier has been covered by Embrace since puppyhood. He's now 12 years and it's been quite the ride: he's a wonderful dog with lots of medical problems over the years. I've been very happy with the coverage Embrace has provided for his emergency care.

Great insurance for my French bulldog.
I needed to file a claim for my French Bulldog Gracie. I had read the reviews and feel that they were dismal. I turned in Gracie's history and the current surgery she needed which was tumor removal in her gums and a few other "frenchie" items. I was reimbursed approximately 66% of the vet bill. I signed her up for emergency and accident insurance only. I felt that the reimbursement was completely fair. I had no problems with reimbursement and just received my check today - thus the review. I would rate Spot pet insurance a 5/5. I felt that they were fair and I received the judgement and payment relatively quickly. I have no complaints! Thank you for your help and assitance.

Fabulous customer support! Great coverage. Our 14 yr oldGoldenDoodle should have worked for Maxwell Smart or Deputy Dog. Her nose will lead her everywhere which has landed her in the ER too many times. Healthy Paws was there to keep our peace of mind and out of financial debt! Have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. I thank them for making healthcare affordable and giving my dog 14 amazing years!
