Sonnet Shift
I just got Sonnet Shift to lower my insurance as I was paying $160 a month for basically no insurance (all deductibles are at the highest they can be) and I only drive about twice a week and take the bus the rest of the time. Shift calculates the bus rides unless I go on the app and say I wasn't driving and furthermore, you CANNOT get a perfect score. The way the app wants you to drive is impractical and unsafe like slow acceleration and not follow the flow of traffic. They also dock you if you use anything Bluetooth related (using Spotify, receiving phone calls and using the GPS). I have also found that no matter the time of day it's deemed as “high traffic” time, and you have to really know your way around the city to not be in a “high risk” area. So with that you will never get 35% off your insurance which I find ridiculous because I know people who live in the same area as myself who pay half of what I pay, and I only have 1 speeding ticket for 10 over on my record that's about to be dropped in the next few months. Not only that but to switch back to regular insurance it will cost me about $300 a month for the exact same insurance I just switched from which is a total scam.

Pets Best was helpful in processing my claimmy…
Pets Best was helpful in processing my claim when my sweet boy passed. It covered a lot of the testing and they were proactive in reimbursing me for the months I had paid after his passing. It was very helpful for them to handle this when I didn't think to. It's been hard missing my pup and the whole process was seamless.

Unresponsive customer service
Unfortunately, this is my first call to Embrace since we started the service for our two dogs last month. Called with question about recent charges to our account. The representative said she would have to investigate further and promised to call back later. It’s been two days and I haven’t had a response from Embrace yet. Bad customer service.

pet insurance through Embrace…
We've had pet insurance through Embrace for a couple of years, and unfortunately, we've had to make a couple of claims. There were no surprises or disappointments with them refusing claims. I'm not sure we could have afforded the surgery for my boxer's "knee" if we hadn't had insurance. Would definitely recommend to anyone with pets.

Excellent Product for a Pup with Chronic Illness
We signed our Goldendoodle, Emerson, up for Healthy Paws Insurance when we brought him home as a puppy four years ago, and we are beyond happy that we did. When he was about 2.5 years old, Emerson suffered severe acute gastrointestinal distress and was subsequently diagnosed with irritable bowel disease (IBD). This has resulted in multiple hospitalizations as well as expensive diagnostic procedures, which have collectively cost in excess of $20K. The Healthy Paws team has stood by Emerson the entire time, covering virtually all expenses (aside from our deductible). This has allowed us to give our boy the care and love he needs without any worry about the financial consequences of his illness. Moreover, all claims (including very large ones) have been processed in a matter of days. We're very grateful for the team at Healthy Paws and cannot recommend them enough!
