I can rely on Embrace for my BFF Minkie
I am relieved when the vet charges are presented, because I know I’ve got insurance to cover most of it. The process is carried out in a few days. In complex things, it might be a bit longer. But it’s amazingly fast. I consider myself blest to have Embrace and a great vet clinic for my little pal. The Embracers are friendly, efficient and professional. They understand the trauma of having an unwell animal companion. I’m 100% with Embrace!

Cross-Border Coverage
I recently moved back to Canada from the USA and had issues updating my cat insurance policy in the App and on the website. Today, Josh Sabado reached out and everything was arranged in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Being able to keep the same pet insurance in both the US and Canada has helped reduce the stress of the cross-border move.

Worse pet insurance ever
Worse pet insurance ever ! Always giving excuses to not approve claims. Please don’t buy this insurance it’s a waist of money they will not approve any of your claims even with all the medical records. Additionally when I tied to cancel they were even making excuses to not cancel it by claiming there was no one there to cancel . Ridiculous!
