Amanda was fabulous! I felt like I was talking to a friend. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in the process, I know my girl will be protected. And if I have any questions, I just have to contact Amanda! is this company a scam company?
They do not reimburse you the amount in their policy. Customer service is not helpful when you are able to reach them. There is always some excuse for why they do not reimburse you when you make claim and it takes a long time for the payment. Do not use them if you care for your pet. I would give them a lower rating if I could

I was very disappointed that a skin issue on the body from the spring meant that an ear infection today is a pre-existing condition and therefore not covered. They were two different body parts and two different issues that are 100% unrelated.

I was responded to very quickly. I was disappointed that my cat's upper respiratory was classified as pre-existing condition. In speaking with her vet, we spoke of her allergies & sneezing. Allergies are common in Cincinnati in the Ohio valley.
