Not worth it
Sent in two claims and none got approved due to not covered by basic insurance. I felt that it was a waste of $34 a month payment and can’t even re-imbursed on Vet visit.

I greatly appreciate the online drag & drop claims process that make submitting claims a breeze, the personable customer service responses I receive when I have questions, and the EOB's that explain very clearly the amounts I am receiving back once my claims have been processed. there is nothing unique about embrace. Nothing special. They use a combination of insurance riders and discounts to try to sort of confuse the insurance issue. Ultimately with the combination of discounts and additional required riders to match my current policy there was no savings. In the end, it was probably just a little bit more expensive, but not enough to be bothered by. It’s just as unnecessary. It’s unnecessary to sculpt their insurance the way they do. I saw no value.

Car insurance is organized crime
Annual rate hikes for no reason. A system that won't let you cancel. No one to talk to about the issues. Complete runaround on the internet system. Paying $135 a month for a piece of junk 13 year old pickup that isn't worth it. I am a professional commercial driver with no collisions in over 10 years. At fault, not at fault! NOTHING AS MUCH AS A PARKING TICKET! Yet my rates continue to rise.
