I received an email more than 10 days ago explaining the amount of money I would be receiving . I’m still waiting for the the check to arrive so I cannot give an honest opinion of your service yet!

Reality
I submitted our claim two days after we took our pet to the emergency center, on a Thursday, and the claim was approved and deposited the following Monday (minus the 10% and our deductible.) Actions speak louder than any words I could possibly put together. We will be staying with Embrace through the life of our pet.

It was very trying at times. A lot of red tape. You have no problem taking money from my account to pay the monthly fee when it’s time to make a claim we have to jump through hoops to get it done. Every person I spoke to was very nice very professional Very courteous. But still don’t like the policy that you have in place for some things.
