Great Representatives
Am new to Embrace. My “baby” is a 9 week old black Scottish Terrier. I named him Elmo after a Scottie that was gifted to me over 40 years ago. I’m pleased with the coverage I’ve selected. I’ve spoken with two different representatives. Both were informative, helpful, friendly and polite. I highly recommend Embrace! 🙌🏻 🙌🏻

First claims: wow, submit and sit back
I submitted my first two claims (2 Yorkies) … the EASE of submitting a claim is a major PLUS for me. They kept me informed on the status of my claims. I elected to have direct deposit and that proved to be ultra easy — I didn’t do anything … deposit just arrived with no effort on my part! Very impressed with my first claims and the results. Further you can get an explanation of benefits on your internet account.

my dog had a few sebaceous cyst and fatty lipomas removed over the years, the VET decided not to biopsy one of those areas because they were confident it was benign. DUE to that one incident, Embrace denies ANY claim associated to any lump and bump as a pre-existing condition. why have insurance if they decided everything is pre-existing conditions.

Joshua Sabado assisted me getting registered with Fetch. He made it easy and quick. He answered all questions throughly and politely. And was very patient. He seemed to understand that my cat, Summer was part of my family that I truly love and want only the best for her. And he made sure I got any discounts I was intitled to. That was a really big help since I wanted Summer covered from head to toe with no cap on her yearly benefit amount. I did my homework extensively to find the best insurance. And for us Fetch was it. Dental care is very important and that was one of the main reasons I chose Fetch. They have the best. I'm at peace now knowing my baby is covered just in case.

No visibility and impossible to get in contact
It is impossible to login to my account either on a computer or with the app. Impossible to know the status of the claims. Calling requires hours of waiting.

Is it worth having pet ins?
The turn around time is typically very good. No complaints about that. The ins itself I'm still wondering if it is worth the money. Definitely not worth it for wellness visits. I didn't even get half back. Only worth it if your animal gets an illnesses or gets in an accident. After Rudy's illness I got a text saying I needed to update my payment method or is be canceled I already updated my card number weeks before my cat was sick. I was told they received payment and I'm up to date. Then I received a notice of cancelation. Tried calling twice and could not get through.
