I called Embrace last week to determine if the procedure would be covered. The representative was so helpful and kind, and assured us it would be as it is related to previous issues.

Needed vet exams before she was born
Back in May(2024), my puppy had gotten diarrhea after getting spayed, so I had already paid a huge amount down in that month. When I submitted my bills and vet notes for the diarrhea episode, not for the spaying for obvious reasons. Fetch wanted the vet notes, so I provided them. Then they wanted more vet notes, so I got all the vet notes my vet could send me. Then they asked for all vet notes for one whole year, which at the time was 05/15/2024, and they wanted all the way to 05/15/2023 when my puppy was born on 06/19/2023. When I tried to explain to them that she wasn't born yet they asked if I was refusing to get these records. They put my claiming hold. I had been paying for insurance with them since I got my puppy at 8 weeks old on 08/17/2023. Meaning at this time I was already a paying customer for 9 months, submitting records etc. And meaning I had all ready paid over $450 in insurance. What I was asking for in return of my insurance I was paying for was $350. They will fight you tooth and nail and not listen to reason. Scammers

So easy to make a claim. I have been with Embrace for about 4 years. With 3 dogs, I would never be without pet insurance. They have been easy to deal with and have reimbursed according to their guidelines and my level of coverage.

Claim submission.
Claim submission. I am a veterinarian. My manager submitted a claim for me due to my busy schedule via email. To the embrace claims email along with invoice, & medical records. This was done n 8/8-- 5 days after my pets euthanasia. I still had to submit the claim online. In addition. I am getting requests for patients records to my personal email not my business email. This is AFTER my manager called last week to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I had been experiencing difficulty setting up pet insurance for my kitten as her name had been changed. Josh Sabado listened to my predicament and helped me from beginning to end.
